Adult Programming and Community Engagement:
- Planned, coordinated, and executed 76 diverse adult programs in 2023, including workshops, lectures, hands-on projects, and performances, attracting 2,664 attendees

Information Services and Technology:
- Provide exemplary reference service at Information Desk, assisting patrons via phone, chat, and in-person
- Offer expert assistance with virtual collections and devices, including OverDrive/Libby, Hoopla Digital, Kanopy, Mango Languages, and CreativeBug across various platforms (iOS/Android/PC/Mac)
- Create instructional content for patrons, including tutorial videos for digital services using StreamYard and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Audition, Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, Canva Pro, and Google Drive
- Experience with physical audio-visual equipment including projectors, sound systems (XLR and mixers), and assisted listening devices for Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
